Resetting a "stuck" teacher account in Read Naturally


If you are trying to log into the teacher part of Read Naturally, but get an error saying that the teacher account is already logged in, you need to reset the teacher account. You can do this by clicking on the Network menu at the top of the screen, and then choosing "Reset Logged In Teacher."

You'll be prompted for both the Administrative password and your teacher password for Read Naturally. The Administrator password is probably different from your Teacher Account, and the server administrator (Les in Washougal for our district) can retrieve it using the Admin Password utility in the \Library\RNSE\ folder on the Read Naturally server in your building.
